By placing an order with BF Graphics or any of it's agents you (the customer) agree to the following payment terms (unless alternative terms have been agreed between both parties):-
Payment in full confirms order. Production will not start and collection, delivery or installation dates will not be confirmed until payment is received.
If alternative terms have been agreed, failure to meet these payment terms will result in the addition of a late payment fee at the following rates:-
For debts up to £999.99 a fixed fee of £40 plus statutory interest (currently 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions) - charged daily
For debts of £1000 to £9,999.99 a fixed fee of £70 plus statutory interest (currently 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions) - charged daily
For debts of £10,000 or more a fixed fee of £100 plus statutory interest (currently 8% plus Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions) - charged daily
Please note that all items remain the property of BFGraphics until the invoice is paid in full.
We expect collection to take place in a timely manner after notification that your order is ready. Any orders not collected within 3 months of notification that they are ready will be disposed of unless other arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
