Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order and as such they are non-returnable. Please check colour/sizing/spelling/grammar before ordering (a mock-up/proof will always be provided for paper based printing orders). This does not affect your statutory rights and are in line with the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in 2015)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Unit 1, 10 Saline Street, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, ML6 9BE, United Kingdom.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
